Operations Manager

Rotherham | £9.00 per hour

Our prestigious client based in South Yorkshire has extensive experience of providing an outstanding service to their clients within their industry sector.  Due to continuing growth this dynamic organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Operations & Contracts Manager to join their successful team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and supporting the Area and Onsite Supervisors ion their role, to manage and develop their teams
  • Assist/Support Area and Onsite Supervisors with any disciplinary issues that may arise
  • Regularly assessing Area and Onsite Supervisors to ensure that they are meeting customer satisfaction goals
  • Creating a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity
  • Providing regular feedback, training, and other team development exercises via Tool Box Talks as well as other methods
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and are up to date at all times
  • Strengthening clients relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent growth within the company
  • Communicating with clients about customer service issues or queries
  • Strengthening and managing subcontractor relationships, ensuring the successful continuance of business operations
  • Develop and overseeing new service divisions to the company
  • Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies
  • Conduct regular Team and Operational meetings to ensure all areas are meeting company KPI’s
  • Communicate information to the departments filtered for management

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday (25 hours per week)
