Senior Property Manager

Our prestigious client is an independent leading Property Lettings agent with 5 years unrivalled experience. Due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their successful team. This is a unique opportunity to join an established company that will offer excellent career progression and stability to the successful candidate.

 

Skills and Experience required:

  • Technical award in Residential Lettings & Management level 3 is desirable but not essential as the company will support the successful candidate through qualification
  • Knowledge & understanding of property management and lettings operation as a senior administrative level
  • Substantial experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly confident communicator and be able to communicate effectively with tenants and clients
  • Always ensures that objectives are met
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Confident, team player
  • Excellent organisational skills

Reporting directly to the Managing Director your main responsibilities will include:

  • General management of the sales team including holiday leave, checking and signing off commission statements
  • Setting and meeting targets in line with company objectives
  • Ensuring that all paperwork for properties let is completed
  • Ensuring that properties are listed quickly and efficiently
  • Ensuring that advertising and marketing of properties is carried out effectively in line with company objectives
  • Liaising with landlords and ensuring that customer service issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently at all times
  • Monitoring data bases and ensuring all leads are chased promptly
  • Complying with any legal obligations required including Health & Safety and other specific regulations

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch and every other Saturday 9.00am – 12.00pm
