Our prestigious client is a leading organisation within its specialist field. Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their successful team. - Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages – in particular Excel
Reporting directly to the UK Sourcing Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop strong relationships with UK suppliers
- Prepare monthly orders and arrange delivery
- Maximise purchasing of key product lines
- Identify and source new products and suppliers
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Dealing with queries of goods received and pricing
- Maintaining records of purchases on spreadsheets
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with 45 minutes for lunch
