Administrative Assistant

Our prestigious client is a world leading Training organisation based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the General Counsel, HR Manager and Executive Office. This is a unique opportunity to join an established and highly successful company who pride themselves on their professionalism and expertise within their industry sector.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

-Diary management support
-Organise travel, accommodation and itineraries (including extensive international travel)
-Collate information and prepare packs for meetings/visits as required
-Provide support to the Board of Directors as instructed by the HR Manager and Executive Assistant or when they   are unavailable
-Compile and distribute meeting minutes to a high standard in a timely manner
-Assist with a variety of HR administrative processes including annual leave, sickness,insurances, reports, recruitment etc.
-Assist with administrative processes specific to the Company’s international network
-Assist with logistics and administration for meetings/conferences
-Arrange refreshments/catering where applicable
-Welcome visitors into the business when requested
-Liaising with clients, suppliers and other members of staff
-Carry out other tasks that are reasonably required by the Company

Skills / Experience required:

-A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential
-This is a busy and varied role; therefore the ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail is a key requirement
-Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced administrative role
-Excellent organisational skills and be highly professional
-Must be able to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels and be able to work under pressure
-Be forward thinking and anticipate needs before they arise
-Have flexibility if and when unexpected events may require action
-Ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative
-Must have the ability to exercise absolute discretion and deal with confidential or sensitive matters at all times

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday (35 Hours)
