Client Services Coordinator

Our prestigious client is a world leading Training organisation based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Client Services Coordinator to support client projects in German Speaking (DACH) and Benelux Regions. Skills /Experience required:
- Experience and personality to develop effective working relationships with International clients, International Licensees, Consultants, Associates and Colleagues
- Ability to manage your client portfolio in a pro-active manner
- Ability to prioritise and organise project related tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Must have experience of working in a fast-moving high profile environment
- Confident telephone manner and IT experience within Word, Microsoft Outlook, CRM Database and an electronic diary system
- Must be Fluent in both Dutch and German written and spoken
- Ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Diary management and travel arrangement
- Handling enquiries and sending out reference material to prospective clients
- Preparing and sending out proposal documents and contracts
- Client liaison during implementations to arrange logistics
- Ordering and arranging shipping of course materials for implementations
- Arranging customisation/ preparation of client-specific materials
- Recording and processing individual delegate details eg set up for online pre-work or for attendance verification
- Raising purchase orders and approving invoices for Associate trainers
- Collecting and processing trainers expenses
- Invoicing clients for implementations
- Processing delegate evaluation forms and providing clients with summary reports
- Translation of correspondence and documentation for various departments
- Language support for the Open Courses department (German Open Courses)
- Monitoring and processing of IPR cases in DACH and Benelux regions
- To carry out tasks that are reasonably required by the Company
Hours of Work:
Monnday – Friday (35 Hours)
