Learning Technology Manager
Rotherham | £35k – £40k
Our prestigious client is a world leading Training organisation based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Learning Technology Manager to deliver ‘state of the art’ innovative learning technology solutions in support of Behaviour Change initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join an established company who pride themselves on their professionalism and expertise within their industry sector.

The company offers behavioural based training courses to senior professionals in large corporate organisations across the globe covering a variety of industry sectors including; Financial Services, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical, IT and Manufacturing.
Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills and a self starter
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
- Customer focused and excellent organisational skills
- Detailed System Support knowledge of LMS, CMS
- Basic web design and development experience
- Application development/coding skills
- Detailed knowledge of essential IT software required for the development of e-learning, mobile and other technology based solutions
- Working knowledge of IT Infrastructures (Desk Top Support/Servers/Mobile networks/LANS/WANS etc…
- Full, UK Driving Licence
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Provide support and guidance around the design, development, delivery and evaluation of technology based learning
- Promote best practise with regard to blended learning techniques, instructional design and applications development
- Publicise and promote developments in technology based solutions to assist the Business Groups in making informed decisions as to the most appropriate decision for their client making recommendations where necessary
- Contribute to the project management of technology solutions within appropriate timescales and budgets
- Representation on internal materials and programme/ content review meetingsDevelop technology based solutions, usually web delivered and programmed in-house
- Facilitate and produce webinars/ virtual training events as necessary
- Advise on best ways to use technology efficiently and effectively in day to day team operations and in facilitation
- Guide, support and coach the current Applications Developer
- Guide, support and advise the current Learning Technologist
- Support the wider Product Services Group and development of learning, evaluation and diagnostics tools
- Work collaboratively with Business Development Groups and Instructional Design Team
