Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Our prestigious client has extensive experience within the renewables sector, in particular Solar PV and Wind Turbines. This is an exceptionally friendly company experiencing rapid growth within the Renewables sector. Operating predominantly within the Agricultural and Commercial sector they are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their successful team. This is a unique opportunity to join an established company offering excellent career progression and stability.

The Role:

This is a varied and demanding role which will require the successful candidate to be independent and have the ability to make this role their own whilst providing full Sales & Marketing support to the Commercial Director.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook A working knowledge of relational databases (ACT is our current Database) & understanding how to conduct Internet research is desirable
  • This is a busy and varied role; therefore the ability to organise and prioritise tasks whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail is a key requirement
    Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced administrative role
  • Excellent time management skills and be highly motivated
  • Must be able to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels and be able to work under pressure
  • Professional telephone manner and a pro-active working attitude
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative

Reprting directly to the Commercial Director your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing quotations
  • Handling enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Diary management
  • Organise travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Manage CRM database
  • Attend and coordinate exhibition details with customers
  • Invoicing and assisting with managing budgets
  • Market research
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other members of staff
  • Generate interest in the Spectrum range of products by research methods
  • A high degree of customer contact both verbal and written is expected

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday (40 hours)
