New Business Sales Executive
Retford | £16k + Competitive Bonus Plan
Our client is an independent forward thinking Technology organisation with ambitious plans to grow their software solution to 13 countries within the next 12 – 24 months. Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit two experienced Sales Executives to join their successful team. This is a unique opportunity to further develop your sales skills for a professional company that will offer the successful candidate continued career progression and stability.

- Confident, professional team player

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close knit team
- Articulate and clear with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to the ‘hit the ground’ running
- Ability to work to strict often tight deadlines
- A high achiever, able to demonstrate success within a sales environment
- Willing to go that extra mile
- Able to demonstrate past evidence of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proven Account Management experience
- Some face to face sales experience
- Passion for Technology
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK
- Full, UK Driving Licence
Reporting directly to the Sales Director your key responsibilities will include:
- Ability to build strong lasting relationships
- Developing business through proven sales techniques
- Achieving KPIs based around volume of calls and conversion rates
- Great quality client interaction to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Communicating persuasively with key decision makers
- Delivering sales results by providing high level customer interaction and strong negotiation skills
- Using own initiative to succeed
Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 5.00pm, however a degree of flexibility will be required as you will be required to do late nights and attend Trade Shows and Conferences outside of working hours.
