Online Retail Manager

Our prestigious client is highly regarded British Charity who excel on delivering exciting Aviation Projects based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Online Retail Manager to develop and expand their current online store and retail outlet. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly recognised Charity who prides themselves on their professionalism and expertise within their specialist industry sector.

The Role:

This is a key role within the organisation as you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding their current product range to bring in additional revenue to the continued success of the Charity.

  • A natural flair for planning department space and control number of options; ranged and bought
  • Ability to plan and forecast sales, stock & intake

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Director of Operations your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of up to 8 people including pickers, packers and retail staff
  • Analysing weekly ROS data to manage the replenishment of core, continuity lines and best sellers
  • Managing the online customer orders
  • Managing suppliers
  • Overseeing the picking, packing and distribution of the goods
  • Sourcing and purchasing of stock
  • Monthly stock checks
  • Preparing stock for events
  • Ensure the retail outlet is well displayed and stocked
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Managing the online budget and in-store budget
  • Liaise with the in-house marketing team regarding promotional material and goods
  • All other associated retail duties

 

Hours of Work:

Monday  – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm however a degree of flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role, will include some Saturdays.
