Partner Services Coordinator

Manchester | £20k – £22k

Our prestigious client is a leading organisation within its specialist field. Due to continued expansion and continual growth they are looking to recruit a Partner Services Coordinator to join their successful team. The Role:

The Partner Services Co-coordinator will be the primary point of contact for our clients’ partners. The role involves taking responsibility for the overall relationship management of allocated International Partner accounts, whilst maintaining the delivery of related service levels and profit targets.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly interpersonal, with an aptitude for building close working relationships
  • Strong organisational and administrational skills with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload  whilst still paying attention to detail
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to effectively solve problems under pressure
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing key customer accounts in an international environment
  • Strong background using computer systems and proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Foreign languages preferable
  • Procurement experience preferable
  • A pharmaceutical background would be advantageous but  not essential

Reporting directly to the Partner Services Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • To be the pivotal liaison between UK and overseas operations
  • Deliver a high quality, organised service to International partners and proactively manage Partner feedback
  • Process and manage all partner sourcing and quotation requests including tenders, orders and deliveries and any requests for information pertaining to the Partners account
  • Co-ordinate sourcing, purchasing, inventory control and production where required, on behalf of Partners, via the central research, procurement and warehouse & operations teams
  • Manage and coordinate shipments and associated regulatory documentation within the specified targets and/or deadlines to avoid penalties where applicable
  • Provide proactive support to the international sales team which will contribute to overall revenue and profitability
  • To be an articulate and professional liaison between partners and internal regulatory, finance and operations teams
  • Work with external or third party service providers to maintain service levels and partner satisfaction

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday (Flexible between the hours of 7.30am – 6.00pm)
