Client Services Coordinator

Experience/ Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise own workload whilst meeting and exceeding strict often tight deadclines
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team Player
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers and others
- Ensuring work is prioritised and deadlines are met
- Typing and formatting important Company correspondence including contracts, reports, propsals, confirmation of Engagement letters, (CEL’s and other documents
- Receiving and making telephone calls, including handling client enquiries
- Entering events and updating records on a CRM database and maintaining electronic diaries
- Making travel arrangements, including airline and rail bookings and hotel accommodations
- Raising programme checklists and monitoring progress
- Invoicing for completed work
- Producing purchase orders
- To carry out other tasks that are reasonably required by the Company
Hours of work
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
