Client Services Coordinator

Rotherham | £15,500k

Experience/ Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise own workload whilst meeting and exceeding strict often tight deadclines
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team Player

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers and others
  • Ensuring work is prioritised and deadlines are met
  • Typing and formatting important Company correspondence including contracts, reports, propsals, confirmation of Engagement letters, (CEL’s and other documents
  • Receiving and making telephone calls, including handling client enquiries
  • Entering events and updating records on a CRM database and maintaining electronic diaries
  • Making travel arrangements, including airline and rail bookings and  hotel accommodations
  • Raising programme checklists and monitoring progress
  • Invoicing for completed work
  • Producing purchase orders
  • To carry out other tasks that are reasonably required by the Company

Hours of work

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
