Project Administrator

Our prestigious client has over 15 years experience of providing simple effective energy saving solutions to individuals, businesses and communities throughout the UK. Due to forthcoming maternity leave this dynamic energy efficiency consultancy needs to expand its team to maintain delivery of all current schemes.

The Role:

The Project Administrator will have a key role in collating and checking the data relating to Energy Efficiency Schemes (both electronic and paper based) and ensuring that processes are followed to communicate the data to our clients within the required timescales. This role is vital in being able to provide regular payments of grant funding directly to contractors.

Experience/ Skills required:

  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Team Player
  • Organised, thorough, with the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Competent in a variety of software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in working with Energy Efficiency Schemes and/ or grant funding would be advantageous but not essential


Reporting directly to the Project Manager your main responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinate and upload information to the clients Web-based systems
  • Quality checking contractors paperwork and claims
  • Recording and monitoring Customer satisfaction and telephone surveys
  • Making and receiving calls and administering the data taken over the phone
  • Providing administrative support to the operational and business development teams

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm (37.5 hour week)
