Our prestigious client has over 15 years experience of providing simple energy saving solutions to individuals, businesses and communities throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join their successful team. The Role:
The Contracts Manager will carry out a varied role in assisting to deliver key company objectives and targets. These will primarily be achieved through effective Project Management and Management of Contractors.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage Social Housing Contracts, liaise closely with the social housing client and ensure the approved contractor delivers the scheme on time and to budget
- Drive projects to maximise production through efficient and innovative project management delivering in line with client expectations
- Manage energy efficiency contractors across a range of measures
- Ensure all schemes and projects are fully compliant with all industry regulations
- Develop new and existing business opportunities
- Undertake audits and produce reports
- Ensure appropriate contracts are in place and negotiate terms with contractors as required
- Take responsibility for Health & Safety aspects of contractors work
- Raise quality standards of contractors through quality inspections reporting and regular update meetings with contractor
- Drive improvements in levels of customer service delivered through the approved ‘Effective Energy Professionals’
- Assess potential contractors for suitability in joining our network of approved professionals
- Scheme Management will involve the following types of schemes:

- CERT (Carbon Emissions Reduction Target)
- CESP (Community Energy Saving Programme)
Hours of work
Monday – Friday – a degree of flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role
