Customer Services Manager

Rotherham | £25k + Bonus Scheme

Our prestigious client has over 20 years experience within its specialist industry sector. Due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Manager to join their successful team. This is a unique opportunity to join an established company that will offer excellent career progression and stability to the successful candidate.

Skills and Experience required:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Ability to liaise with people at all levels of seniority in a professional manner at all times

- Ability to identify opportunities and communicate /specify

- Excellent time management skills

- Skill to manage customer relationships by listening, advising and answering any questions resolving queries and concerns

- Ability to manage people

- Efficient and highly organised

- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suites specifically in Word, Excel, InfoPath and Outlook

- Aptitude to learn and share knowledge with colleagues

- Target and results driven

 

Reporting directly to the Managing Director your main responsibilities will include:

- Management of Customer Service Level Agreements

- Management of the Support Desk

- Organisation and undertaking of client training needs

- Project Management of scoped projects

- Management of handover processes with clients to secure sign-off of projects

- Management and development of internal systems to control above processes

- Reporting on KPI’s

- Internal bench testing to ensure projects are delivered to specification and quality

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm a degree of flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role.
