Our prestigious client has over 13 years experience specialising in the design and installation of Syphonic rainwater management systems within the construction industry, commercial properties, leisure complex throughout the UK. Due to continuing growth this dynamic company is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team. The Role:

The Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing the installation of the products to sites located throughout the UK ensuring that processes are followed and communicated effectively between head office and the client.


Skills and Experience required:

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to “think outside the box”
  • Previous experience of working in a Mechanical services background would be ideal
  • CSCS, SSSTS or SSMTS would be advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent Project Management experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Confident, Team Player
  • Commercial acumen
  • Organised, thorough, with the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Competent in a variety of software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have a minimum of 5 years working within the construction industry
  • An understanding of HDPE pipe systems, fusion and butt welding would be advantageous
  • High achiever with a systematic approach to delivering results
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK , including overnight stays

Reporting directly to the Managing Director your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the installation of products throughout the UK
  • Quality checking contractors
  • Running sites and controlling all associated costs
  • Recording and monitoring Customer satisfaction and telephone surveys
  • Arranging labour required for multiple sites
  • Programming projects into a schedule liaising closely with the Design Director
  • Making sure all SLA’s are met


Hours of work:

Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 4.30pm however a degree of flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role .
