Open Programme Trainer

Rotherham | £30k + Car Allowance

Our prestigious client is a world leading Training organisation based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. They are currently looking to recruit experienced Open Programmes Trainer to deliver their internationally renowned training courses both in the UK and potentially Worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to join an established company who pride themselves on their professionalism and expertise within their industry sector.

About the Company:

The company offers behavioural based training courses to senior professionals in large corporate organisations across the globe covering a variety of industry sectors including; Financial Services, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical, IT and Manufacturing.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Experience of working with established training content and adhering to its validity
  • Experience of delivering to groups of different levels of seniority up to and including Board level
  • Ability to deliver agreed content in an interactive, engaging and convincing manner
  • Experience in delivering behavioural skills training programmes
  • Industrial design experience
  • Personal credibility and commercial experience, ideally in a consultative selling and negotiation related role
  • Willingness and ability to challenge in an effective but sensitive manner entrenched views
  • Ability to adapt quickly to fast paced environments combined with a desire to succeed in a challenging arena is a pre-requisite for this demanding role
  • Full, UK Driving Licence

The successful candidate will deliver our clients worldwide and recognised and proven training solutions to senior professionals from a wide range of companies and a diverse cultural base. The role will require delivery of at least 120+ days training throughout the year increasing to 150 days to include Train the Trainer support.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake extensive travel predominantly throughout the UK, but some worldwide travel is expected.

Monday – Friday
